My Take:
Ohhkaaay. This is a long overdue review because I had planned on posting this one up on October. But since things got pretty hectic on my end, I never got around to make the review. For this anime, I'd say that it has it's share of good and bad points. I'd like to be very brief and head straight on with both parts partly because I still have a deadline to catch and partly because I can't remember all those points that went through my head when I watched this title two months ago.

Plot-wise, I really thought that this anime is pretty boring. For a 13-episode anime, I had trouble finishing it within one week. Okay, now I really can't speak negatively about this. The pace of this anime was pretty slow and there were times when I had already guessed on what was going to happen in the next two to three episodes later. I also don't like how a multiple of characters are forced into every single episode. I pretty much understand that one since this title is from an otome game; but honestly, I never really got to memorize the names of all the characters and I couldn't really sympathize with them in the anime.

Like Media Blaster's other production, Angel's Feather, the art is very lovely. It was certainly a treat to see all these pretty boys line up in your screen. I just wish that they didn't make that pairing that way, though. I certainly thought that the pairings were badly coordinated within the anime-verse. Well, for my taste anyway. I certainly would love to pair Niwa-Ousama with Saionji Kaoru. That would be really nice. :D

I more or less enjoyed watching this title. It didn't really worked out for me like to my friends did (I got this title in my archives because most of them were gushing over it), but yeah, I didn't regret taking the time to watch this either.

On a totally unrelated topic, there's an update on the Viewfinder series. If you're following that one, it's a bit late for you to go and read it. So, go! Don't let it wait for you much longer! XD

  2. i knew you were going to comment sooner or later misaki-nee :))

i was expecting much from this anime since it has some pretty good reviews but it didn't meet my expectations much. i think i got bored with the pairings the most for this anime. the only pair that got me excited was whenever Niwa-Ousama went fooling around with the campus "queen" Saionji Kaoru. the others were meh.

    but that's just me. :))
